Has anyone found this quest yet? I have found the Warrior and Mesmer Path quests and was looking to change to Elementalist. Thanks!

are you still in presear (green) askalon?

if so just ask for another trainer if you havent confirmed your secondary yet

if you confirmed your secondary start another character
